At Implication Jewelry, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable delivery service for your fine jewelry. Please review the following information regarding our shipping policies, methods, and timelines. All orders are processed and shipped from our primary facility.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders received and approved before the specified daily cutoff time will typically be packaged and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Destinations

We are proud to ship Implication Jewelry worldwide to numerous countries. During checkout, you can select your destination country from the available list. If your country is not currently listed, we may not offer shipping there at this time, but we are continually evaluating and expanding our delivery network.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We partner with leading global carriers to ensure the secure and timely delivery of your order. The available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be clearly displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping is offered on all orders. Delivery times vary by destination.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, expedited shipping options (such as Two-Day or Next-Day Air) are available for most destinations. Complimentary expedited shipping may be offered on orders meeting a specified value threshold. Any applicable charges for expedited services will be displayed at checkout.

Please Note: All stated delivery timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier processing, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. Some remote or rural areas may experience longer transit times.

Shipping Charges, Duties & Taxes

  • Shipping Charges: Standard shipping is complimentary. Fees for any selected expedited shipping services will be calculated and shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees: For international orders, you are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not collected by Implication Jewelry at checkout and are typically payable to the carrier or local authorities upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges prior to placing an international order.

Order Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package’s progress. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Implication Jewelry is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. For security and insurance purposes, a direct signature is required upon delivery for all orders.

Additional Important Information

  • Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.
  • Multiple Item Orders: Items from the same order may sometimes ship in separate packages if they are sourced from different locations or have different availability dates. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
  • Carrier Authority: Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, Implication Jewelry is not liable for delays, losses, or damages incurred during transit. All claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
  • Order Changes & Cancellations: To cancel or make changes to an order (including address changes), please contact our Client Care team immediately. We can only modify an order if it has not yet entered the packing and shipping process.
