Our Return Policy
At Implication Jewelry, we are confident you will cherish your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy outlined below. We aim to make this process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Return
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and pristine condition. They must include all original tags, protective packaging, certificates of authenticity, and be returned in the original Implication Jewelry presentation box.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Final Sale Items: Items purchased during promotional sales or marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
For the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Items that show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
- Items that are not in their original packaging with all protective materials, tags, and documentation.
- Any item purchased as part of a “Final Sale” promotion.
- Custom-made, engraved, or specially commissioned pieces.
- Complimentary gift items received with a purchase.
Return Instructions
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Our Client Care Team: Please reach out to our team through the designated contact form on implicationjewelry.com to request a Return Authorization and receive detailed instructions.
- Package Securely: Securely pack the item(s) in their original Implication Jewelry packaging, including all accessories and documents. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service for your return.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our Client Care Team. A prepaid return label may be provided depending on your location and reason for return.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion.
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving and approving the returned item.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees (for original delivery) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Deductions: If an item is returned damaged, used, or missing any original components, a restocking fee may be assessed, or the return may be refused and sent back to you at your expense.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. This is the fastest method to ensure you receive the new item promptly while your refund is being processed.
International Returns
Customers returning items from outside our primary shipping region may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process. These charges will not be reimbursed. Please declare the package as a “Returned Good” with the appropriate value to facilitate customs clearance.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Client Care team immediately via the website. We will provide specific instructions to resolve the issue swiftly, which may include a prepaid return label and expedited processing for a replacement or refund.
