The Responsible Jewellery Council
The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) is a not-for-profit, standards-setting and certification organization for the watch and jewelry industry. Implication Jewelry is one of its member companies, which span the jewelry supply chain from mine to retail.
Like all RJC Members, we have committed to RJC’s Code of Practices — an international standard of responsible business practices for diamonds, colored gemstones, gold, silver and platinum group metals. This code covers areas such as human rights, labor rights, environmental impact, mining practices, product disclosure, provenance claims and other topics of critical importance in the jewelry industry. We pledge to uphold it, and are independently audited against it, as are all RJC member companies. In addition to joining the RJC ourselves, we partner exclusively with retailers, suppliers and other partners who uphold RJC’s standards. This ensures that every step of Implication Jewelry’s manufacturing and delivery is responsibly conducted.

The Kimberley Process is a joint government, international diamond industry and civil society initiative to stem the flow of conflict diamonds.
Implication Jewelry complies with Kimberly Process Certification Scheme. We warrant that our diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict, in compliance with United Nations Resolutions and corresponding national laws. We hereby guarantee that these diamonds are conflict free.
